Stage 3 Pressure ​Injury

Presenting as a wound with ​complete loss of skin, adipose ​(fat) is visible in the wound. Deep ​tissue is exposed. Granulation ​tissue (pink/red & cobblestone-​like) is often present. Slough can ​sometimes be present as well.
